What does “Share” mean?

What does “Share” mean?

“Share” is the basic unit when investing on RealStake. Each property will be divided into 80 to 150 equal shares. Total number of shares and value of a share depend on each property. For example, Lovera Vista B.18.16 Apartment is divided into 84 shares, each one values 20 millions VND. And Akari City AK4.06.09 Apartment is divided into 100 shares, each one value 29 millions VND.

Each investor may own one or more shares of a property. Any transactions between investors are also based on “Share”.

  • The payment schedule is shown in the contract and property details

  • Customers need to pay according to the specified schedule via bank transfer or direct payment

  • When the payment is due, clients will be notified via email and phone application

    Depending on each property, RealStake guarantees a minimum annual profit of 6% to 9%

What is my proof of ownership?
When you invest, you will sign a contract with RealStake. The contract is the proof of your ownership as well as list out all terms & conditions
How can I gain from my investment?
The profit will come from selling the entire property or selling your shares with a gain. Additionally, the passive income could come from the profit-guarantee program or rental yeild.
Who can guarantee that my money deposited into RealStake is safe and used for what purpose?
All money of the customer will be used to pay the developer (or buy real estate if it is real estate already formed) according to the customer's choice. Customers can check the sales contract at the RealStake office at any time.
